We identified a significant gap in the UK property management market where the rising demand for digital solutions, combined with new regulatory frameworks like the Renters Rights Bill and property safety standards, created the perfect opportunity for RoomApp. Our go-to-market strategy focused on the social housing sector, exempt HMOs, and supported living providers where the need for compliance tracking and tenant safety was most acute.

The tiered pricing model we implemented offers tenants free access whilst charging landlords a competitive monthly subscription of £10 per room after a free trial period, creating a win-win scenario that encourages rapid adoption and user engagement across both sides of the platform.

Brand Identity and Marketing

Our branding establishes RoomApp as the modern solution for responsible property management that prioritises tenant safety and landlord accountability. The visual identity and messaging communicate trust, transparency and innovation throughout every touchpoint. We positioned the app as the answer to what founder Camarlo Richards identified as the core problem: “The archaic paper-based methods currently employed to record, store and share information are failing and putting tenants’ lives at risk.”

Our marketing efforts highlighted how RoomApp addresses critical pain points including maintenance request tracking, safety certificate compliance management, and the shift towards property database requirements.
